Why are you any different than the other tele-docs?
All of our providers currently work in some of the busiest and renowned Emergency and Trauma Centers in both New York and Florida. We dont do "fluff"...You don't feel well? Our job is to make you feel better (without the 6 hour ER or Urgent Care wait.)
*Not to mention you don't have to guess what that "mystery substance" is on the chair next to you.
Do you accept any insurance plans?
No. Unfortunately, many of the barriers to convenient and timely quality care is impeded by insurance companies.
As a provider, they make it extremely difficult to submit claims and ultimately makes the quality of care and convenience suffer.
We offer fee for service care and provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement* We also offer the same for international visitors to submit to travel insurance for reimbursement.
Do you offer discounts for service members?

I can just go to the local Urgent Care
When should I go to the Emergency Room?
As you can imagine, we see anything and everything in the Emergency Room but many common complaints we can diagnose and treat via Telemedicine. However, there are certain issues that should be seen in-person such as Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, Abdominal Pain, Severe Headache and certain other conditions that may be dangerous. If you have any concern that your issue may be dangerous call 911 or go right to the nearest ER.
**In addition, we do not prescribe controlled substances nor treat psychiatric/behavioral conditions.
