Information sharing and responsibility

MyDoc 24/7 does not independently collect or maintain Protected Health Information (PHI). Any PHI created or stored as part of your care is processed and held by IntakeQ and any other third-party services used to facilitate care (teleconferencing, billing, labs) per their respective privacy policies and agreements.

We may provide necessary identifying or practice-related information to IntakeQ or other vendors to enable scheduling, documentation, billing, and telehealth visits. Those vendors are responsible for their own data practices and legal compliance.

We do not sell patient information.

Credit Card Payments from Practice Q are protected by PCI-DSS compliant processors with modern SSL/TLS encryption. Your payment information is securely processed on IntakeQ’s website and never stored on their platform.
